Shipping Policy
All hair is shipped through USPS which takes 3-5 business days. Asaii Hair Co. is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped.

Return/exchange Policy
All sales are FINAL. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item please contact our customer service email at info@asaiihairco.com.

Exchanges must be made within 10 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you, along with a tracking number.

Pre-order Turnaround Time
If you purchase bundles that are not available on hand the turn around time is 5-10 business days. An email will be sent as soon as your package has shipped, providing details about your shipment
